Two NBA sources claim that Al Harrington has asked the Warriors to trade him because he doesn't want to play for coach Don Nelson anymore. He reportedly wants to be traded as soon as possible, but will not walk out on Golden State, who opens their season on Wednesday night.

One source with knowledge of the situation said that Harrington’s agent, Dan Fegan, is "actively working to get (Harrington) out of there" and that a few teams already have proposed tentative deals.

Wonder what teams have offered for him. I think he's a better player then what his stats show, should get a fresh start and resurrect his career.

Where would he play? It's jammed inside with Big Z and Big Ben - and Harrington is the complete opposite of them.

I think we're leaning towards trading Curry more then ZBo, since D'Antoni has said Curry wont even be apart of our regular rotation.

I wouldnt mind taking on Harrington's expiring contract though...

No way we trade for Curry either. Come on guys, be logical here...

We run SMALL ball and only take in players who can run. We will most likely package him and Wright/Belinelli for a PG.

I doubt the Cavs could get a deal done, our only real trading chip is Wally's expiring contract, and I think we'll be looking for more at the deadline or sooner then Harrington, and most likely a true PF or a SG.

no way. Randolph sucks and will NOT fit in this system in any way.
Wrong.

Randolph takes alot of shots and tends to be selfish, but he doesnt suck. He's a 20 10 guy.

And I wasnt saying we'd trade Curry for him, I was just saying we're more likley to trade him rather then ZBo

I wish we could trade him. I hate Harrington. Maybe to Charlotte for Felton type deal?

He can't play defense to save his pathetic life. Plus hes fat. Only good at offense and rebounds.

I wouldnt say because he's fat and a liability on the defensive end means he sucks lol.

He's obviously in good enough shape to play in D'Antoni's offense, and as for defense, niether one of our teams plays great defense or even makes it a priority so it wouldnt hurt THAT much.

I wonder if Detroit inquired at all. Since they had that Baron Davis and Al Harrington rumor earlier..

Doubt it. You guys have nothing we need/want.

We need a PG/athletic big man

No way in hell. We already said we hate Tinsley a few weeks ago.

And only player I like from Indy is Daniels. I'd give them Al for Daniels and a pick or something.

Theres a lot of possible trades that can be done.

Not for Harrington.
BTW that was a resurfaced Internet rumor about Tinsley...

They would have to get a big in return, Wright/Turiaf isn't good enough to be starting.
