Hey guys, been probably years since I've been here but decided to stop by, gonna try to get back into it. Anyway, what do you guys think, who will be the better player? Trout is a great player, great contact, has pop and very fast but I'm a huge Harper fan. He hustles and plays the game like it should, stretching singles into doubles on a constant basis. Not saying Trout doesn't hustle, you just see Harper thinking at least 2 outta the box every time. Who do you guys like more?

They'll both be top 10-20 players in the MLB soon.

Think I'd go with Trout because there is more value in an MVP candidate in Center as opposed to a corner position.

This is impossible to choose, they're both 5-tool guys, their strongest tools are just different.

The probability that one of them is a Yankee at some point in there career is very high though :D

Trout. Love everything about his game, he's a beast. Both are good players, not taking that away from Harper but I'll take Trout.

I think Trout will be more of a consistent top outfielder, but Harper has the potential to hit 600 jacks. Both possess all 5 tools as already mentioned, but I think Harper is more valuable because of the added power. I do think Trout will be a top 5 OF too.

Both will be great like everyone is saying but overall I'd have to go with Harper

I'm pretty sure Harper can play catcher , which makes him a very flexible player as to which positions he can play, and could help in leaning more towards him.

I doubt he'll ever play catcher in the big leagues.

That's only to preserve his bat, by all accounts he could hold his own behind the dish defensively.

Well that, and to get him to the big leagues quicker. Longer learning process when you're a catcher in the minors.

That's what you get for asking a mormon that question.

absolute clown question. He's a pro athlete, I'm sure he's got people who can go out and buy him beer with a side of models.
