Harper Already Getting Knocked Out

Harper took Eric Young's shin to his head while attempting to break up a double-play.  Harper eventually got up and played through the rest of the game but the fact he's already getting knocked around is reason for concern.  
 
Last season Harper was great until he crashed into the outfield wall and was not-so-great after he healed up.  Is it possible Harper is the second coming of Jacoby Ellsbury when it comes to getting his ass kicked during games?
