What is everyone's thoughts on this team? If you just look at the entire roster, it seems like they could be pretty scary if they stay healthy and everything falls into the right places. There starting lineup is Curry, Thompson, Barnes, Lee, and Bogut. Those five players are guys who are extremely good when they are fully healthy and playing at the top of their games. Then you throw in their backups like Brandon Rush, Carl Landry, Jarrett Jack, all solid players. Heck, I even forgot about Biedrins and Richard Jefferson.

I still feel like they'll end up with 35 wins or so though, you look at Biedrins, Bogut, and Curry, those guys can't really stay healthy. Even if they do stay healthy though, between Curry, David Lee, Klay Thompson, and Harrison Barnes, you probably have one of the worst defensive groups in the entire league right there. Even if you have Bogut, who is a good defensive center backing them up, atleast three of those four guys are terrible defenders. So do I really believe this is a playoff team? Nah, I think it's a team that will be fun to watch, and have enough explosive offensive games to kind of be on he bubble for a long time.

But then offensively, how will they work? I mean, I'd bet Klay Thompson thinks he's better than Steph Curry. And David Lee thinks he's a better offensive option than Andrew Bogut. I just don't see how they fall in line, I don't see Harrison Barnes doing the little things because he's the fourth and maybe even fifth option in the starting lineup. They have too many above average scorers, and that makes it really hard for a coach to be able to run an offense when you don't have a pecking order that everyone on the team agrees with. I guess a little secret about Bogut is that, he's been declining as a offensive player. Maybe because of the elbow injury and such, but in his last mostly healthy season he only shot 44% from the line. He shot 69% from the line in college the year he came out, but he's only a 57% shooter in his NBA career. His FG% has dropped about 14% over the past three years. 58% from the field in 08-09 and 45% from the field in 11-12. So is he the center of your offense? He's not, he's a good passer in the post, but he's not really a guy that teams will have to double team because he's not a big enough threat. Can you really play the p&r game with Curry and Lee? I don't know, maybe? But does Curry really have the speed to really worry the defense, where it stops them from going over the screen, so I don't know if that's their offense. Their best offensive player may actually be Klay Thompson, but do they build the offense around him? He's not really a creator. I think they have a lot of guys that can get shots and be good supplementary players, but I don't see what their philosophy will be in the half court. Their best bet is probably their depth. Jack, Rush, Jefferson, Landry, Biedrins. Draymond Green (who I really like) and Charles Jenkins are their 11th and 12th men.
