Favorite part of the draft for me besides Aaron Curry slipping to us. Trading our 2nd for the Broncos natural 1st. That pick is top 10 easily and probably top 5 with their extremely tough schedule.
As far player picks go I loved our top three. Curry is a monster and has absolutely no questions about his game and clearly loves to play the game. Unger is very versatile and we will need that with the injuries that seem to always happen to our line. Our third pick in Deon Butler is going to be the X-Factor pick. I really like this kid. He is extremely fast and is a good punt returner which is what we are looking for. He should fit in extremely well as a speedy slot guy and be our new Bobby Engram.
Amazing draft for my Seahawks all-in-all. Hopefully Mike Teel will become a solid QB in the future as well, the Hawks seem to have a lot of confidence in him, so maybe in 2-3 years he will become primary backup-possible starter depending on his development.
