1 week doesn't prove anything, especially against the Lions weak run defense, and especially when the back up also got 90 something yards rushing.

no one is going to give Turner anything until the season is over, so you might as well just give up for now

They have two wins already. They'll have more than three by end of the season... I can't believe it, but it looks like it's going to happen.

As for him not being a top back, he's leading the league in rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, and has no fumbles. That's not saying what he'll do for the rest of the season, but if he continues going at this pace.... he'll be a top 10 back at the end of the year.
