Simply vote for who you think will be the #1 Seed in the Eastern Conference for the 2009-10 Playoffs.

Polls will be open for 24-48 hours, with the eight seeds as decided by SI members making into into the Playoff Polls, to determine who will be next seasons champion.

In the case of a tie, I will make a tiebreaker poll.

Cavs, #1 seed last year and the only team that added without subtracting.

Boston added Sheed and Marques Daniels, while losing Pruitt and Powe. Plus they kept Big Baby.
Cavs had a nice offseason, but Orlando and Boston had better.

Powe is a good player, and a substantial lost.. They added a couple good bench players, that's good still. While the Cavs added an all-star center and 3 good bench players, while losing nothing that's good.

The Magic may have gained the most, but I don't think there losses make up for it.

I don't see how the Cavs didn't have the best off-season.

Sure Shaq is still Shaq, but at the same time he's not the same Shaq.

He had a pretty good year last season.. And looks like he is in better shape then he has been in a while, because he wants to leave the NBA on his terms, with a championship. He is more motivated then ever it seems.

Went with the Magic. I think with a healthy Jameer and a deeper team they have the best team in the East.

I went with Cavs because they were the best last year and did nothing but get better...
