Dolphins tab McCown as #1 QB

The Dolphins released their first Deoth Chart of the season Monday due to NFL Policy. McCown was listed as the #1 QB but Sparano was quick to point out that Josh Beck and Chad Henne still had a shot at the starting job. Offensive Tackle Jake Long was also listed #1, the only rookie currently holding a starting position.

McCown is the only QB we have with real experience, so of course right now he's starting. IMO, he will probably start a game or 2, suck, then we will throw Beck back in there, once he sucks, Henne will get his chance, just definitely not at the beginning of the year.

I like Beck. I think if he is given time he can be a good starter in the NFL. Just give him more time.

i agree, but i think Henne is underrated, he always had the tools, just kind of never put them all into 1 package at once.

you can't place blame on any of these QB, since you know, they have no one to throw to haha

IMO Beck can be good but he just isn't, he's gotten a couple of shots and if he can't do well this season no reason to keep him around. I actually like Chad Henne more than Beck, but we'll see how it plays out.
