The SEC is going to try a new rule where if no one is on base then the pitcher has 20 seconds to throw a pitch. If he doesnt, a ball is called. If the batter takes more than 5 seconds outside the box, a strike is called. Should baseball adopt this rule? Or its fine how it is?
