Seems to washed out, text is meh, the rest is good.

By washed out, he means it's like too foggy. And deff never use a stroke on a stock. I'd probably go with the first one, but it needs some work.

im a newbie at gfx stuff (started mid september), so whats a stroke? i dont even know what it is lol

Stroke is just an outline of the render, text or anything.
As for the sig, it is washed out, and the text looks as if it's on dissolve. Take it off that if it is on dissolve.

its not on anything, theres just a texture over it
and too make it not washed out i would remove some stocks and textures, right?

I agree with the others about it being too washed out. Another thing I see is that the text looks really pixelated. Also, it's kind of bland on the right side. There's just the text and nothing else. Try cleaning up the text and maybe adding something to the right side. Anyways, nice start.

v3 text is best IMO, but place behind the render.. if you do an image apply and then play with the contrast , you could bring out more darks to help alleviate the "foggy" appearance everyone is talking about

Or add a desat layer on overlay and adjust the fill/opacity, and maybe add a gmap adjusting the same as the desat.

V1 is the best one, minus text.

Try applying an image and use the burn tool to help with contrast.
