Coloring on the sides could be better, I'd also shy away from having the render in the center as it's hard to make the rest of the piece look up to par. Text also sticks out too far, this isn't as good as your most recent work.

ok...as far as placement, with the render i thought the center was the best placement cuz his arms are spread out.

Yea but at the same time yoiu could have rotated the render some and still placed it a little to the left. I'd mainly fix the coloring, I was just saying the placement like an overall tip to remember.

Nah, V1 is better. It's not the stock it's just the washed out look.
