For the Clippers coaching job, Byron Scott has to be considered a candidate. He still keeps a close relationship with Chris Paul.

I don't know if this is the right move.  Del Negro had a playoff product in Chicago; they constantly sold out the arena for home games.  Del Negro also had a playoff product in Los Angeles; they also sold out home games.  What's the better alternative out there for ownership?  Guys who've failed in big markets?  A Phil Jackson pipe-dream?
 
I would knock it off with trying to copy-cat the early 2000's and just try to improve upon last year's mistakes.  I don't see how switching coaches all the damn time does much good for these playoff teams.

del negro is a glorified assistant coach. he runs no plays, doesnt demand the respect he needs, and doesnt have good rotations.

id assume svg and hollins could be replacements. idk about scott.
