The Boston Celtics are motivated to trade Jeff Green, according to rival executives.
One trade possibility is Green in a package to the Houston Rockets for Omer Asik.
The Rockets were close to a deal involving Asik in December, but decided to keep him until closer to the deadline. Green would give the Rockets a needed stretch power forward.

Houston DOES NOT need a stretch 4. We've got one. What don't they realize about this?

Terrence Jones is pretty good though. I wouldn't deal an asset to replace him.

Kind of a tweener. SF in most situations, but can play as a stretch 4.

Statistically hes better at the 4. Played PF a lot this year in our Sully-Green-Wallace-Bradley-Crawford (now Rondo) lineups

Also rip, I'd do those trades in a heartbeat. I wouldnt love having two undersized chuckers as our guards, but maybe it allows Bradley to be more efficient.
And Sully+Monroe on the boards? fuck yes

I would trade basically anyone on roster, except Sullinger, for Monroe. Those two need to be with eachother

Everybody who plays with the Rockets in 2K uses Dwight Howard exclusively as a rebounder haha. Same strategy I had with the Magic back when he was there. Just chuck threes all game haha.

Very very debatable. He's currently better but he's also a finished product. Terrence isn't.

Y'all didn't believe me until Chandler Parsons flat out showed you that he was good as I said he was, now would you give me some credit and actually pay attention to Terrence Jones? Today, and moving forward, I would take Terrence Jones over Jeff Green ten times out of ten.
