Cardinals WR Fitzgerald plans to remain with team

Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has one more year on his contract with the Arizona Cardinals. He and the Cards tried to get a contract extension signed last week but couldn't get it done before the current collective bargaining agreement expired.

Cardinals fans needn't fret, though. ESPN reports that Fitzgerald says he is "not really" interested in testing the free agent market. Fitzgerald also told the site that progress was being made on the extension before the talks had to end.
Fitzgerald had 90 receptions last year for 1,137 yards and six touchdowns.

Dude should go to a better team, the Cardinals are obviously in rebuilding mode and they should trade him for all they can get. Should trade him to a team like the Giants,

But I could seriously see him going to a team like the Chiefs. Now that would be a good trade for them.
