Larry Bird wants to replace Pacers general manager David Morway with Kevin Pritchard, according to multiple reports.

Bird, who is expected to return as Pacers president, is scheduled to meet with team owner Herb Simon next week.

Morway has interviewed for general manager vacancies with the Magic and Blazers.

Bird’s conflict with Morway centers on the Pacers’ failed attempt to land O.J. Mayo.
