The effects are nice but text is really iffy. I like the border too. Try using a simple text like Arial or something like that and then try doing something creative with it.

ok but like fonts like arial doesnt really fit sometimes but i'm going to try it on my next sign !

I'm not gonna say this is a rip, but I see ALOT of layers I used on my Ovechkin sig, and a few from my Gilyard sig and they are in the exact same spot, and same size...

But i dont call this rip ?
I think ripping is when you use the same thing i did not do that i thook some layer cause there amazing.

That is a technically called a rip. It's OK since you didn't know.
Just an FYI, ripping is anything from taking a PSD and changing to players, to taking layers from a sig.

PSD's are too look at to learn what the person did. Learn how to use lighting stocks or make lighting yourself, or looking at how to create a full background, or look at how they used stocks. They are supposed to give you ideas, and just learn techniques.
