Are all of the brawls good for the MLB?

Once you see a hockey brawl, they aren't overly entertaining. It's still fun to watch someone charge the mound and such.
 
But no, they are not good for the sport. Suspensions. Injuries. 
 
Look at Greinke this season.

They're just fine for the sport. It's a part of the game. Very rarely does anyone get seriously injured.
