49ers to inquire about Palmer
We were contacted earlier today by friend of ours on the west coast who works for the 49ers official site. He informed us that in the next few days, he has heard that the 49ers will contact the Bengals and offer them their 2nd round pick(#45) and 2 4th rounders(#107 and 114) in exchange for Palmer. We will be keeping our ears to ground and let you know if their is indeed contact made by the 49ers.

As we told you previously, Carson's agent approached the Bengals about the possibility of trade because he was unhappy about Brat being detained, but contrary to reports, he has not "demanded" a trade as of yet. He has however, made his frustration known to Mike Brown about the lack of changes at OC and commitment to improve the offense. Other factors playing a part in this situation are the fact that his wife would like him to play for a west coast team, and she is the one who brought up the possibility of early retirement.

While Carson attempted to keep this quiet as possible with only a short statement by David Dunn, Mike has chosen to go public saying that he will NOT trade him. Our sources within the Bengals tell us that Mike Brown has dug in and "will not budge, period". Mike has already won in the earlier situation with Marvin, whom he brought back on his terms, not Lewis'. This puts Carson in the precarious position of being stuck and unhappy in Cincy, knowing that Mike lied about making any meaningful changes. If Mike doesn't make serious efforts to appease him in making changes, or making an effort to trade him, Carson may have no choice but to take his wife up on a possible early retirement. If Carson were to retire, he will remain property of the Bengals for one year, because he is under contract. After one year of official retirement, the contract is voided and Carson could un-retire and sign with any team.

I personally would like for Palmer to go to the Niners. But if he doesn't play well, it will be a waste.

obviously you didn't read it thoroughly.

The idea is to take a year off, to stay healthy since he's had issues with that, get in shape, and after 1 year his contract is voided so that he can sign with any team upon unretirement.

yeah, seriously.

I mean he doesn't quote it or give a link, so it's hard to believe theres any truth to this.
I generally always give a link but I've been getting the same info from the same site that I've posted about five articles on already.

Also, why would I posted things that aren't true? I'm not posting things just wishful thinking. I don't know for sure how accurate this site is but he's said a few things in reference to it.

On a side note, I have received a couple emails wanting to know who my sources are. If I were to say who they are, then I would no longer be considered trustworthy and would gather no more inside information. What I can tell you, without revealing names, is that there are 2 of them and they know the organization inside and out!
For any readers who question the validity or accuracy of our sources, simply look at the previous posts. These are top notch, reliable people who know the Bengal's inner workings as well as anyone. So, trust us when we report to you, that what we are saying is truthful and accurate. They simply are two of the best inside sources in the business!
So, I'd hope it's true.
