It is time to vote for the top 5 players at every position. Alot has changed in the last season so this should make for great discussion. Please try and vote for the best player and don't be a homer! I'll leave the polls open for about a day or so and after that we'll carry on to the #2 PG and so on. I will add more players as we go since you can only add 20 at a time.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best

2012 TOP 5 PG RANKINGS
1) Chris Paul
2) Deron Williams

I started a thread with the title "Russell Westbrook > Derrick Rose" a few months ago, so I'm going to go with Westbrook

Rondo kind of disappears in games that aren't on a big stage.

He's not as good as he played in the ECF, and that's the lasting memory that is overrating him.

Rondo is the best playmaker and defender at PG. Well above average scorer, too.

If disappearing is getting triple-doubles night in and night out, then yeah.
Disappearing is not really playing well in some games that weren't against the best teams or on national television.

Even Boston fans will admit to this.

Does that really matter? The big stage games are the only ones that count.
All games count. Give me a guy that's going to go out and fight every night over a guy that's going to only fight on some nights.
