He's not beating out Kris Bryant lol
I think he should.  I voted for the players with the highest batting averages.  He was the one in the NL.

Fuck, let's just have the Dodgers vs. the AL All Stars
The AL would win 9/10 times.  As good as the Dodgers are, I don't think they're that good.

Cubs have called about Verlander + Avilla. Not really crazy about the idea of paying Verlander $70 million for the next 2.5 years. Stroman is supposedly on the block, would much rather pay more and get him. Stroman is a long term fix, Verlander doesn't really change the narrative of this team. Sonny Gray also another long term fix the Cubs should go after. Would love to get both.

Stroman isn't even an ace.

While I agree that he is not an ace (yet), he is a huge improvement over the Cubs current rotation and at 26 years old has proven the ability to be a top of the rotation pitcher.

Brewers keep winning

3.5 G lead over the Cubs. They still have a lot of issues mainly in the rotation and middle relief but the offense is legit. Shaw and Thames have been huge this season (41 HR's combined)

Quintana and Robertson in a deal and they could stay in the hunt

So Henry Owens got demoted to AA. First appearance, he walks 6 of 8 batters and then gets yanked in the first inning.

How does one walk 6 of 8 batters?

Thanks tips.

Don't know what I would have done without your knowledge.

Kris Bryant will win the Final Vote by millions, it's not gonna be close at all. He is the biggest name of all and most importantly, a Cub. Cubs fans will come through
And yet the Cubs fans were no where to be found on the initial vote.
