So Toronto can essentially take any team in the East besides the Cavs and can keep close games with top West teams but just cant close. What frustrates me is only going to 1-2 guys in the 4th quarter... Going away from what is giving us the lead. JV is talented too and he's barely involved when it matters.

thats the opposite of what happened yesterday though. Boston was killing toronto until they decided to essentially only use lowry and demar.

Yeah I didn't get to watch the game yesterday but in the Houston game that's what happened. And in many instances against Indiana in the first round last year we'd go to JV and it would work and then go away from him lol. JV is only going to go as far as this team lets him

Ive been calling out damian forever on here
Hes been bad, always has. But never got made fun of the way harden did. Harden became a meme defensively but damian is awful

because james has stood there and watched his man blow past him and never tried to recover MULTIPLE times. being a bad defender is one thing, being straight up lazy is worse.

Boston's second unit is lowkey so much worse than even expected from the preseason, which wasn't even thought to be strong at all

Jerebko is a shooter only that hits below average
Green has the green light when he's double covered in the midrange apparently
Rozier im shocked is even getting minutes. not bad defensively but has almost no offensive value rn
Olynyk is trash. I apologize for hyping him back in 2013. Dude cant even really shoot anymore. At least Sullinger could rebound

Our best offensive player in the 2nd unit is Marcus Smart, to put this all into context (although marcus as of late has actually been pretty good offensively)

However, Olynyk has proven to be the only player in the Eastern Conference that can damage the Cavs title hopes

Smart's hit 38 of his past 41 FT attempts, despite starting the year 30 for 48

I have literally never heard of Jordan Mickey.

He's certainly no Jonathan Simmons, but might be my favorite Celtic now.
