I like it. It's not the sexiest signing ever, but let's be real here, who really wants to sign in Toronto? It had to be done to fill a void that the Jays desperately need.
 
In the past two years, something has obviously changed with his delivery. 
 
Increased velo, sub 4 xfip and his walk rates have dropped. He's as low risk as it gets.
