2012 Winter Classic game...

...will be played in by the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Flyers.

The New York Times is reporting that the New York Rangers will play the Philadelphia Flyers in next year's Winter Classic.
The game will be played outdoors at Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia on January 2nd, which is a day later than usual, due to the final day of the NFL season falling on June 1st.

They should start involving some western conference team sometimes though

There isn;t going to be a Heritage Classic next season which is a good thing because having it every year will make it played out like the Winter Classic is.
