Why not start him now against the bucs and redskins? And the giants weren't afraid to start DeAndre Baker and he's getting shredded.

The only reason I can see them not making a move is if they're really not convinced he's ready, and are concerned that the fans will rip the franchise apart for wasting a 6th overall pick on the guy of he has a bad first season.
