Just being frustrated that they are where they are. I hate when a manager is blamed for the team doing poorly. They have had injuries here and there but their big three(Beckett, Buchholz, Lester) haven't had great seasons, and you can't win many when that happens.
It just feels like this was...
Welcome to SI. Hope you stick around and stay active. Also nice to see the variety in your favorite teams. We have a lot of different fan bases represented here.
I thought they would keep him, because they really don't have many options on their team. That being said, I still say another team will sign him. If TO, after being out of the league for a year(I know he played football in that time, but not in the NFL), and he was picked up, Chad most likely...
This conflicts me. Nash & now Dwight. Makes me hate the Lakers less and actually will find myself wanting them to win it, for Nash & Dwight. This is odd.
I'm happy about it. Turner did look good his last start, but he's still learning. I liked what I saw from Brantly, in the Futures Game, so that hurts a little to lose him, but he'll probably play earlier in Miami, before he would in Detroit. Plus, this should help Smyly recover from his injury...
I like it. He clearly didn't learn his lesson the first time, and now he's gone. This should have the other players paying attention that the tolerance for this is very low.
It helps their team. He wont make all those 3's he used to, but wouldn't surprise me if he made some game winners here and there. He makes the important ones more often than not.
Give me NFC North. Ponder is the weakest in the division, but even he had some quality games as a rookie.
Weird how the NFC is significantly better than the AFC at the QB position, but that's a different discussion.
