Kershaw(Jose Fernandez gets a good chunk of votes, I believe.)
Scherzer
Hurdle(Could be close to unanimous.)
Farrell(Wouldn't surprise me if Francona won instead.)
Fernandez
Iggy
Miggy
McCutchen(I think Yadi will make it close. His stats don't compare all that much, but the way he handled that...
That's good to hear. It's unfortunate when something like this happens, but to see that he is recovering well, and should be back soon is good for his team. Just hopefully he doesn't feel the need to rush himself back. He could take an extra week to come back, Week 12 or even 13, just to be...
It would be a good thing. I think that some may have felt if they posted something in the certain forums that they would be taking away from the Moderators, of those forums. No discussion is bad discussion.
Similar to when JV, before his new contract. Of what it'd be like if he hit free agency, and how he said it would be nice to have teams fighting over him, or something along those lines, and that was put to bed shortly after it started. I see no real rush to get anything done with Scherzer, but...
No matter who the manager was going to be, it'd be hard for the next guy coming in to do well in Seattle, at least in the near future. They have some nice pieces, and don't have any big expectations from this. I've actually seen a lot o negative reactions, but I think that's not necessarily...
Detroit at Chicago. I do think it'll be a good game, but I'm also going by the circumstances. The winner of this game takes control of the NFC North, and with that at stake, along with being a divisional game, both teams will want to prove whose better. Chicago wants revenge for losing the first...
What a nice surprise it'd be to beat the Pacers tonight. We still turn the ball over way too much, but being healthier this gives us a good shot. I wouldn't be shock with either outcome.
So did I, and not just because of being a fan. Neither the Bears or Packers have looked impressive, even with Cutler and Rodgers.
I'm excited about what is in the balance for Detroit. Cutler or McCown, even though it'll be at Soldier Field, I'm confident.
Washington Redskins @ Minnesota Vikings
Buffalo Bills @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans
St. Louis Rams @ Indianapolis Colts
Oakland Raiders @ New York Giants
Seattle Seahawks @ Atlanta Falcons
Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens
Detroit Lions @ Chicago Bears...
Yes, I believe he will. He has had some rough games, but he can easily break some 20+ yard runs, sometimes 40+ runs.
Yes. Packers Defense didn't look good against the Bears and Josh McCown was able to throw 2 TD's against them. Granted, he does have more years of experience over Foles, that...
I'd be surprised if Jeff Jones wasn't brought back. Of the rest, I'd like to see Tom Brookens come back as well. The ones who could benefit the most from Ausmus taking over, are the Detroit catchers. Ausmus is a 3-tiime Gold Glover, A five-time league-leader at catcher in fielding percentage, he...
That's having it right. It's just Week 1, so it's not like these are set in stone, they will be constantly changing. That being said, the teams that are undefeated, should take the top spots, and have it go from there. They haven't lost, so why would a 0-3, 1-2, or 2-1 team place ahead of them.
I'm sure that news decided a lot of fantasy games. It sure did with one of mine. Would be bad if Rodgers was out for an extended amount of time. I never want to see players get injured, and that is rather unfortunate for Green Bay.
