I had a bunch of smoke layers so i put the text under it then i warped the text up a bit. I copied the layer and turned it sideways and added a wind filter and put it back in place. Then simply added some white smoke brushes above it.   Also added glow text in the OP

I still have both versions. Going to go add some shine to the green.
