its not on anything, theres just a texture over it and too make it not washed out i would remove some stocks and textures, right?

2 things first, how do i get text to have a picture in them? i.e it says pedroia and instead of being a color it has a picture inside it. second, where are some download links for la and all those plugins? ive been looking and i cant find them thx in advance for the help
