I guess players can't improve off of last year.. It's not like the Vikings went out and made great moves.. They picked up an aging QB who blows up at the end of the year.
mmhmm...somebody is still bitter that Adrian Peterson slapped his team around yesterday.

Green Bay did not look good at all yesterday....shame on those who still believe in Aaron Rogers and "those other guys".

A huge blow to the Bears but in all honesty, Chicago was in no position to compete this year anyways. More than Jay Cutler needs to be added to that offense.
1 game isn't enough to judge how a team will play all year.

As for the offense, they should just concentrate on losing so they can get a good draft pick next year... or did they waste that to get Cutler?

Wow huge loss for Chicago. The leader of their defense is gone, and maybe even their chances at the division. He is that big.

Man this really hurts my fantasy team lol

But in all honesty this is a big loss for Chicago's defense.

ESPN's Adam Schefter is quoting Derrick Brooks as saying: "They just want to take more time with their decision..."

Good news for Bears fans b/c its an obvious indication that the team is in talks with Brooks.

Bears just lost their only bright spot on their roster.
Huh? How is Urlacher the only bright spot on our roster? He might be the captain and leader of our defense, but that doesn't mean he's the most talented player on that defense... That would be Lance Briggs.

Also, it doesn't look like Brooks is gonna be brought in. They signed Tim Shaw (who the <Censored> is that?) to replace Urlacher on the 53-man roster and to place special teams, since it looks like Trumaine McBride will miss some time. I guess Love (for some reason) is confident with Hillenmeyer at MLB and Nick Roach at SLB. Eww...

Brian Urlacher was the defense's corner stone, not taking anything away from Briggs hes very good, but Urlacher ismuch more to the defense than Briggs is.

Of course Urlacher is the best player on that defense...but your initial post said that Urlacher was the only player the Bears have on their entire roster.

Being that you were in a race to 25, I presume you didn't think that one out.
