Well I just googled it and it said he was born in Taiwan, then later moved to Maryland and then to China. But yeah he is American.

If we were going by international white players, Zydrunas Ilgauskas would be on the list. Since I'm a Cavs fan, I think he's one of the most under-rated centers in the league.
