I don't think so.. A lot of name reputation got included into this pick I truly believe. He's one of the most overrated players on this list for how high of a selection he got.

yeah last season Jerod Mayo was better than Ray. Mayo at 62 may have been a little low (like should be better in ranks), but still around there is where he should have. Ray shouldnt be in the Top 20
