Whether you are a fan of the man they call "The Demolition Man" or not, if you are a fan of the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, K-1 Kick Boxing, online vlogs or just are dicking around on the internet and have 10 minutes and you're bored I implore you to check this out. It's basically a running documentary of Alistair Overeem, his past fights and accolades, his training, and his trials as he trains for and compete's in the K-1 Heavyweight Grand Prix. It really is something else. There are 12 episodes, featuring his trainers, friends, and some of the best music to go along with it. It really is something else.

Holy shit dude...yea, I'm a big fan & I was just tellign somebody that they needed to watch this. The music they use in a lot of it is the shit. I'm about halfway through watching the series.

I recommend everyone watch this. Start at episode 1 too, don't jump in the middle or watch the end. Episode 1 really peaks your interest and fast.
