BTW I've decided that for a player to be eligible to be put on the list they need atleast 17 regular season starts to qualify, anything less than that I feel they don't have enough to get a good enough evaluation of them.

I agree, but that's not going to get Romo any love from fans who can't objectively look at his career because of a hatred of the Cowboys franchise.
