I'm on mobile so don't have exact details but it's a lot of guaranteed money and an annual salary just behind Aaron Rodgers, who unlike Russell Wilson, is actually an elite quarterback.

Way to cave like pussies, Seattle.

It is an overpay, but when a guy brings you to two straight Super Bowls, almost winning them both, it is hard not to pay the guy.

What a dumb thread title. If you're a franchise QB, you get a lot of money. Either that or you can let them walk and start searching for another QB you may never find

Seahawks are lucky at how cheap the deal is, tbh.

Wait till you see Andrew Luck's contract

Jim Irsay might give Luck a controlling stake in the franchise, and I still wouldn't know if he was sober or drunk during negotiations.

Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks have agreed upon a four-year, $87.6 million contract extension.
Wilson's annual average ranks second in the NFL behind just Aaron Rodgers.
Wilson was scheduled to make $1.54 million this season, the fourth and final year of his rookie contract. The deal includes a $31 million signing bonus and approximately $60 million in guarantees.
"Blessed to be w/ this organization for 4 more years! Can't wait to get on field w/ the fellas!" wrote Wilson on Twitter.

I would like to see what Wilson can do with some legitimate weapons. Jimmy Graham is prolly the best receiver hes had in his career besides Harvin.

Harvin was terrible in Seattle

The best receiver he's had was Sidney Rice, and that says a lot

Marshawn Lynch and that defense took Seattle to 2 Super Bowls, not Russell Wilson
