Not a surprise but can you really blame the guy who hasn't had much of a team to work with?

The Royals have a guy they call a coach? lol jk. I think that teams with less proven talent and lower expectations should allow their managers a 5 year time span. Yes I know that is a lot of time, but what are we trying to rush here? Its a statistical fact that coaches and managers who spend a longer time managing one team are significantly more succesful.

Ned Yost is a good manager and I think he will have a positive impact on the team, he did an excellent job revitalizing the Brewers.

But yeah, most of it is team but Trey Hillman isn't a good manager. He was a rookie coach and he is terrible at adjustments
