Well I decided to take another crack at sig making. I think this had a ways to go until it reaches full potential. So anything you think needs to be added and removed, please give me some suggestions. I think I'll leave text til the end. I know Pugz uses GIMP so I'd love some advice from him.

Too messy and the motion blur isn't looking too good. It's solid start though, just clean it up and add some texture.

That's actually pretty good mate!

I would softly erase the textures over his body as they are a bit distracting, but if you just got rid of the parts that hide his body, and leave the sides, I reckon this will look mint.

I like the crumpled paper on the sides. I think it looks interesting and gives this a bit more creativity.

Try get some text in as well. Some cool text would be awesome.

Thanks bro, and honestly it would work if you made the building look they were drawn with ink. you know what i mean? I'd fiddle with the filters/layer styles.
