Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland scouted Baylor QB Robert Griffin III in person at the Alamo Bowl.
A Baylor alum, Ireland also attended a Bears practice in the run up to their 67-56 win over Washington. Barring the acquisition of free agent Matt Flynn, the Dolphins figure to aggressively pursue the Rams' No. 2 overall pick in hopes of landing the 2011 Heisman Trophy winner.

I'd like him to go to the Phins. He and Reggie would be a deadly option combo. They'd have to put that in.

Its like the Wildcat all over again, but the QB can consistently throw it now

Miami is his best fit. Fast RB, big WR

it'd would have to be to the #2 selection, not #3. Unless the Rams are sold on drafting Blackmon or Kalil, the 2 spot is where the trade is

I wouldn't be so sure. #3 could happen jut as much, but it does all depends on the Rams.
Also, Miami would have to IMO draft a fast WR. That's what Griffin is used to and loves to throw that deep ball.
If they had Marshall and a speedster, they'd be set.

I'd be alright with drafting Kalil in the 3 spot as well
