Willie Parker appears slated to enter the team's first preseason game as the Redskins' No. 4 running back, behind Clinton Portis, Larry Johnson and Ryan Torain according to Rick Maese and Paul Tenorio of the Washington Post.
While Coach Mike Shanahan has been reluctant to discuss the team's depth chart and downplayed its important this early in camp, the team posted a depth chart on its Web site Monday afternoon, the same chart that hangs in the team's locker room.
FWP is simply done, if he can't beat out these guys in a backfield. Washington has the ultimate old-timer backfield and should just move and pass the reigns onto Torain.
