Crazy.  It works well for the Cards so now they don't have to worry about facing him on the Panthers.  He could sign with the 9ers, but still better on there then on the Panthers..

He wasn't signing the Franchise Tag, didn't seem to want the Panthers' top contractual option, and was going to be an issue in the locker room.

Move forward with players who want to be there to play football, not to get paid

He was demanding too much money from what I have read. 16 mil a year would make him the highest paid CB by 2 million which is insane. What stinks is that they didnt get any value in return by trading him, but they couldnt.

I wouldve just rode it out anyways and taken my chances of him conceding, too much talent for nothing in return

I still think there's a good chance he signs a new deal with Carolina. This is the Panthers calling Norman's bluff. He's a solid player but much like Richard Sherman, vastly over-hyped. He's the mouthpiece of a top defensive unit. It wouldn't make sense for Norman to leave Carolina and join a team where he'd actually have to be somewhat of a defensive anchor. He stands to make more money, over a longer duration, to remain in Carolina.

No thank you, Norman will get into ODBs head so easily. Dude would probably have like 2 catches and 16 yards a game.

ODB is the best receiver in the league.  He's getting his numbers one way or the other.  I just want to see the cage matches.

Antonio Brown is actually the best receiver in the league, but I fucking love ODB.

Saints are making a strong push to sign him, between Washington and the Saints.

1. I have no clue how Loomis would fit him into the cap.
2. This would be amazing.
