For the 2018-19 season, I would make the cutoff for PPV picks 11:59 PM of the Wednesday before the PPV.  We will in all but one or two cases a year know every single match and it will be before the leaks come out on matches which happens starting on Friday usually.

That doesnt feel like enough time to me. I managed to stay away from leaks all year: its really not that hard.
