How about this, we just click auto-draft, and teams are selected on a first come, first serve basis. From there, people can enter the league whenever they so choose. No one gets an advantage, no one gets to <Censored> about their players because you selected the team you wanted.

AND, we don't have to wait a week for me to finish the roster file.

Nevermind, that's what we are going to do. It's faster, more efficient, and less <Censored>ing will ensue.

So yea. Attached are the rosters, along with a coaches file. We will STILL BE DRAFTING COACHES. because that sounds pretty fun am I wrong?

Your team can be called the Islanders, but the teams were Automatically-Fantasy Drafted. So each team is completely different. You can look through the ProTeamRoster file to see the teams, and select a team. Post the team number you want, and I'll change the team name to the name you request.
