I really think we need an NFL 2k5 forum... I mean it is the best game ever for football after 4 years have passed by!

Indeed, it would be a waste of a forum, and would get no action. Post things in the Madden or Other Games area if you need to. Just let us know that your using that game.

It IS the greatest football game of all time, but still doesn't need it's own forum.

For that matter, do we still need MVP Baseball?

NFL 2k5 is terrible, it's impossible to pass in that game, and I pounded my controller 1000 times while playing that crappy game

god, it drives me insane that people treat this game like the greatest thing since sliced bread. if it wasn't 19.99 no one would have played it to begin with.

also, it had it's fair share of problems (like how in a franchise, players ALWAYS progressed the same way, it was a set thing)

that being said, i did like this game, but it's not all it's cracked up to be.

The one thing I'll never forget about that game was how often the CPU generated trades amongst teams in Season mode. A lot of those CPU trades were ludacris too. I remember the one Season I played in that game, the Giants traded Strahan to the Eagles for T.O. It was a pretty good game though...at the very least, good enough to have the people at EA Sports sh*tting their pants. A year later all the competition was gone but it did force EA to step up their game.

It was a good game, but Madden 04>NFL 2k5. It's close, but Madden 04 with the playmaker control was amazing. And I really didn't like how they ran in NFL 2k5.

But NCAA 06>Football

NCAA 06 was great except the juke move was such an unstoppable force, if you used it you automatically got by the defender.

Idk about that, I got pretty good at shutting it down. You just had to be patient. But owning with Vince was some much fun.
