Neemias Queta got his 70th block of the season a couple days ago. That moves him to 6th all-time at Utah State University. He's a freshman. (yes its Utah State so that's not saying a ton, but still)

Two things i'll say about that video.
 
1: I have not seen any video evidence of a player being touched by a fan, nor any video of a fan yelling anything racial to the player
 
2: The player seemed fine walking up the tunnel, so either it was at that point that triggered him or after. Also heard it may have been an assistant coach for USU

This is very different though. Court storms can induce ugliness like this. All it takes is for one dumb college student to say something to a player for something like this to happen.

That's true. But again the videos show the player walking off the court fine, then once he's up the tunnel or part way up the tunnel he flips out.
