Text is awful, try and have more depth in it. Like make all the colors match, everything flow, text sticks out to much, but you did a pretty good job making him stick out a bit. Keep posting your work for more cnc and I'm sure you will get better like I have been doing, and I have been getting better.

i don't really understand what people mean when they say give it some depth. I get that it looks flat, i just don't get how to make it un-flat ..lol sorry for my noobness.

It has no flow imo, Bg, text, and render effects are not good. I would scrap it and start from scratch. I don't mean this in a bad way, I'm pretty sure you could do better.
