The Bucs aren't that bad... C'mon.. They've won a Super bowl in the last decade. Maybe it's a good thing for the Bucs that Kelly turned it down..

I'm kind of happy he turned it down to be honest. He's never worked in the NFL -- ever. This would be an awful place to start.

I like McCoy from the Broncos, I think he'll be a good NFL head coach. They sure are taking a lot of time getting someone in there, hopefully they make a good decision and I'm sure they will. They aren't rushing into this one.

I don't blame him for turning it down simply because I don't think his offense would've transitioned to the pros, as I said in the other thread. Both sides are better off that he turned the offer down imo. I mean there's a chance his offense could work in the NFL but I personally didn't see it happening.

The Bucs are young and have some real good talent already in place. Kelly has a good thing going in Oregon, no reason for him to leave while his school is still on top.
