there is no restrictions on your account, so not sure what the problem is -- though, under resource section there is a post limit. that's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

Try to reach the 25 posts not in that section and see if it still doesn't work. If not I can delete the account and you can make a new one perhaps.
