Vick is on the active roster but remains suspended until next week. Andrews to the IR cleared open the spot for Garcia and releasing Baskett clears the spot for Vick.

They released him, before the season started. I also heard that Slob is still going to start, but I really think Garcia will get it.

I can tell you guys right now, for a fact, that Kevin Kolb is going to get the start. Garcia will serve as the #2 this Sunday...and of course Michael Vick suits up in week 3.

I don't think Donovan McNabb sees the field again until week 4 or 5. I just got done listening to Hugh Douglas on the local news explain how much broken ribs hurt and how painful it is just to breath.

Jeff Garcia was brought in because he is in much better position to lead this team, in McNabb's absence, than Kolb or Vick. Vick, reportedly, isn't where the team wants him to be just yet and even when he is...Garcia is still the better option at starting QB.

I expect Kolb to struggle and not long after, Garcia takes all the snaps until McNabb gets back.
