Only the Indians and Phillies lost value from last year. Highest was Astros with 38% increase from previous year.

you might as well have posted the middle ten since you already have 20 teams up there. Plus, Forbes wanted me to turn off ad blocker to view. Nice to see teams like the Royals and Jays making noise whilst sitting in the bottom third.

Funny how the Phillies are the worst team in the league by so much, yet still sit top 10 in terms of value...

They saved all the batteries that were thrown at JD Drew to power the ballpark. That's got to be why that franchise still has value.
