Philadelphia Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren has been hospitalized after being involved in a bike accident in southern New Jersey, CSNPhilly.com reported Monday night.
According to Flyers beat reporter Tim Panaccio, Holmgren suffered broken ribs and a broken shoulder as well as other injuries. He also required stitches. He was taken to Cooper Medical Center in Camden, N.J.
The Flyers will likely receive more news on Holmgren's injuries on Tuesday.
