just because you don't want wiggins doesn't mean that $21M is not over paying him a lot
 
I like Harris, but his play is a lot closer to guys like TJ Warren, Norman Powell, Dion Waiters, and Joe Ingles than it does to Wiggins. And those guys make $42-52 over four years, where as Harris is making $84M over the same time. I agree Wiggins hasn't shown he's worth his money but harris is still an overpay comparative to the market
